Walking Contradiction..

This weekend was the first meeting between the owners of Opal and the Management with the developer. The election was carried out and I volunteered as one of its committee members. I guess everyone likes to whinge about the problems in the apartment, (as do I) and I think maybe its better to be pro-active about problems rather than ignore them, wishing someone would do something.

The quorum was supposed to be 58 owners (1/4 of residents) but we didn't manage that which is a shame because the apartment is a joint community living, and in order to see change, we must get involved. Owners out there, get involved!
